Something not working, a render that came back wrong, or a question about credits and subscriptions. Telling us your device, your app version, and what you were doing at the time gets you a useful answer far faster.
Feature requests
A style we don't cover, a room type we've missed, or something the app should do and doesn't. Requests from people actually using the app shape what gets built next.
Press and partnerships
Writing about AI interior design, or working with us on furniture, retail or property. Same address — mention what you have in mind and we'll route it.
Privacy and your data
Questions about how your photos and room scans are handled, or a request to access or delete your data. You can also delete your account and its data yourself at any time.
Before you write
A few things you can do straight away without waiting on us. To remove your account and everything attached to it, use the account deletion page. How we handle photos, room scans and personal data is set out in full in our privacy policy, and the rules for using the app are in our terms of service.
Billing is handled by Apple and Google, not by us — subscriptions started on iOS are managed in your App Store account, and Android subscriptions in Google Play. If a charge looks wrong, those are the fastest routes to a refund, though we're happy to help you work out what happened.
